Big O Tires

Went to get my truck aligned here and sat there waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Come to find out that after I sat there thinking my truck was getting worked on, it was just sitting in the parking lot. They came and told me it was done but there was a bushing that needs to be replaced. They did not even align it or rotate the tires. So nothing got done in the 2 1/2 hours that I sat there. Awful communication and horrible customer service. Update: I went back in for an alignment and they were very nice. It did still take a little long for them to work on it, but when I asked to check the progress they did go check immediately. They ended up covering the cost due to the issue last time. Very pleased with how they made it right. Very good and kind people that work here.

Colton and the team did an outstanding job of getting our RV back on the road after a bad blowout! Not only did they sell the best rated ST Trailer Tire for my RV but, they had them in stock to replace all 4 tires! The facility is super clean and the customer lounge was outstanding. I did not get to stay in it long because they had all 4 tires mounted and balanced in under 20 mins! Colton and the team saved our family vacation! Thank you!

I want to thank the whole team at Big-O, my truck broke down and was towed there from Draper as we have followed Colton “nacho” from a few locations, they always kept us updated on what was going on and what was needed, and then I decided that I wanted new tires and I am very picky, so my husband had discussed a set so when we arrived they were partially on and I was like nope not “sissy” tires on my truck, they went above and beyond, traveled to a location to get the ones I wanted and had to redo everything they already had done. Yes we spent our whole day hanging out but if I had to spend my day at a tire shop I would not want to go anywhere else, their staff is caring and friendly and watching them interact with other customers, they treat them like it was their families vehicle getting fixed and provided top of the line service.

I’ve usually avoided going to big companies to get things fixed because I love local services. They are usually more down to earth and willing to help out. I am super happy I called into Big O today though. I received fantastic service and was taken care of quickly. Their lobby/office area is very nice. The employees are kind and thorough. Chris helped me today and I was very pleased with the service.

Brought my car in with some noises in the left axle. The problem was discovered quickly and within a reasonable timeframe. There was some miscommunication about the issue, and I communicated my concerns with them. They made it right with me and communicated their side of the story. They are professional and seek to be honest. Looking forward to seeing them again.
